Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years in software engineering to design and deploy agentic AI systems for enterprise environments. You will work directly with clients, defining use cases, prototyping, and delivering robust AI agents that scale across modern infrastructure.

You’ll lead technical workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to playbooks, ensuring measurable performance and secure deployments across industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering experience.
• 8+ years in programming with Python or Java.
• Experience with cloud-native APIs, microservices, and containerization.
• Experience deploying to production with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents (retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, observability).
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for seamless integration.
• Build cloud-native AI systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability.
• Tailor agentic workflows for finance, healthcare, retail and other domains.
• Lead client workshops and POCs to shape data-driven agent workflows.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to scale internal assets and client roadmaps.
