Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, technical consulting, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining production-quality applications.
• Hands‑on experience building AI or LLM-powered solutions, including prompting, tool integration, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and evaluation techniques.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders, develop clear technical specifications, manage multiple priorities, and deliver solutions from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations teams to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business processes into scalable AI agent specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows using large language models, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources.
• Define evaluation frameworks, monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve solution accuracy and adoption.
• Manage AI portfolio intake, tracking, governance, and stage-gate processes to ensure successful delivery and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Create reusable templates, documentation, and best practices that enable broader adoption and scalable delivery of AI solutions across multiple business domains.
