Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and operate conversational agents and agentic workflows using Python, Azure, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. You will work with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake and SharePoint, building scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, with strong emphasis on observability and AI-assisted development practices.

Remote role with international teams, offering ownership and opportunities to shape enterprise AI

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering/cloud engineering/automation experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
4+ years of hands-on Python development (backend services, APIs, data integrations).
2+ years designing/deploying with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents/Power Automate.
Proven experience developing agentic workflows or AI pipelines and integrating LLMs into business processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions, copilots, and agentic workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Python.
Build and integrate AI agents with Snowflake and SharePoint and other enterprise data platforms.
Architect, deploy, and operate scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using YAML and GitOps for reliable deployments.
Establish monitoring and observability with Splunk for performance and reliability.
Leverage Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to improve coding efficiency and standards.
Collaborate with international teams and provide technical guidance.
Promote reusable components and scalable automation architectures across projects.
