Coderio is hiring a Senior Enterprise AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent AI workflows at scale across Azure cloud environments. You will own end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, integrating them with Snowflake and enterprise data platforms while ensuring robust observability.

Requirements include 5+ years in software/cloud/automation roles, 4+ years Python, and 2+ years with Copilot Studio/Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Automation roles at enterprise scale.
• 4+ years of hands-on Python development (APIs, data integrations).
• 2+ years designing/deploying solutions with Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
• Proven experience building agentic workflows or AI pipelines with LLMs.
• Strong Azure cloud expertise; AWS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• AI & Agentic Development: design and build conversational solutions, copilots, and agentic workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Python architectures.
• Enterprise Integration: connect AI agents and automated workflows with Snowflake and SharePoint.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: architect and operate large-scale Azure cloud infra with CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability & Governance: develop monitoring and auditing strategies using Splunk to track performance and bottlenecks.
• Engineering Excellence: leverage Cursor IDE and Copilot to accelerate coding and establish best practices.
• Technical Leadership: collaborate with global teams, provide technical direction and explore emerging AI technologies.
