EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and delivery of knowledge-based AI systems across EY businesses. You will guide foundation model frameworks, safety, and agentic patterns while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive compliant AI adoption.

The role balances hands-on delivery with strategic governance, mentoring a team, and aligning initiatives with EY’s enterprise architecture council.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and related tools.
• Experience with observability, safety, and governance tooling.
• Familiar with agentic AI platforms and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI agentic systems on foundation models.
• Oversee integration of external tools for monitoring, security and compliance.
• Mentor a team building multi-agent capabilities across EY businesses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption with governance.
• Maintain expertise in knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
