Job summary

Taboola is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead relationships with top independent agencies, trading desks and networks across North America. You will partner with our Director of Agency Development to advance strategic partnerships that drive measurable growth beyond traditional media channels.

You will influence agency strategy and education, owning senior relationships from C-suite to practice leaders, while working with sales to convert enthusiasm into sustained revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital advertising experience with a focus on agency development.
• Established relationships with C-suite, Directors and VPs at independent agencies.
• Deep knowledge of how independent agencies, trading desks and agency brands operate.
• Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with relationship-building and strategy execution.
• Fluency in integrating digital tech into agency buying/operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with assigned independent agencies, trading desks, and subsidiaries.
• Map and engage agency organizations across practice areas and leadership levels.
• Drive enablement through trainings, workshops, and roadshows for agency partners.
• Collaborate with sales to connect agency relationships to opportunities and revenue.
• Support commercial agreements and incentive structures that advance partnerships.
• Gather market intelligence and relay feedback to product, marketing and GTM teams.
