Job summary

Deer Country Farm & Lawn Inc. is seeking an experienced technician to independently perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work primarily on agricultural and turf equipment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and the ability to handle complex repairs using specialized tools.

This role requires strong communication skills and a valid insurable driver’s license. The position may also involve delivery services and customer clinics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid insurable driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment.
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Communicate professionally with manufacturers and customers.
