Job summary

Johnson Tractor is seeking an experienced Service Technician to tackle complex diagnostics and high-quality repairs on agricultural and lawn equipment. You’ll work with a team that values your expertise and time.

You will professionally communicate findings and recommendations to customers, document repairs for billing, and coordinate with parts and the service office to streamline workflow. OEM certifications and ongoing training are encouraged, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
Comfort using diagnostic software and digital tools.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Tackle complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on agricultural and lawn equipment.
Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes and solutions.
Perform quality repairs independently with minimal rework.
