Job summary

JobScore, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to independently diagnose and repair agricultural, turf, and construction equipment. You will work in the field, maintain up-to-date knowledge on Deere products, and complete required service reports with precision.

Responsibilities include performing advanced repairs, participating in training programs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the work area. Valid driver's license and DOT card eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to perform advanced repairs using specialized tools and procedures; proficient at oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, turf, and construction equipment.
• Maintains knowledge of Deere products and competitive offerings.
• Documents time, parts, and service activities per dealership processes.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and area remains clean and organized.
• Works in the field and may provide delivery services when needed.
