Job summary

Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a VP Ag Loan Officer to manage an existing agricultural loan portfolio and grow new Ag lending business in Minnesota. You will underwrite, structure, and close various Ag loan types, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role involves extensive customer contact, supervision of other lenders, and delivering timely credit decisions while maintaining sound risk practices and strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
• Understanding of agricultural lending policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, pay records and tax returns to assess creditworthiness.
• Present credits and loans for approval to the appropriate authority.
• Develop referral networks and cross-sell bank products to meet bank goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations and BSA/AML requirements.
