Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Senior Analyst Aftersales Business Intelligence to join our Mt. Juliet, TN or Franklin, TN team. You will develop BI dashboards, analytics, and automation to transform enterprise data into actionable insights supporting Aftersales Supply Chain operations.

The role emphasizes data governance, cloud modernization, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. On-site work at Mt. Juliet or Franklin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL, relational databases, data warehouses, and dimensional data modeling.
• 6+ years of experience with Python and VBA, including building reporting solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and DAX.
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related data domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for Aftersales BI.
• Modernize legacy applications by migrating processes to cloud-based platforms.
• Lead BI projects with analytics, automation, and RPA solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and system reliability through monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
