RTX in East Hartford, CT is seeking a highly skilled PSA Engineer to support Geared Turbofan PW1100G-JM and PW1100G-2-JM engine programs. You will analyze performance, validate system models, and contribute to engine development and field support.

You will collaborate across engineering, CTS, and production to ensure safe, efficient operations, AIRBUS customer interactions, and timely certification milestones. This is an onsite role with relocation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years in aerospace engineering OR advanced degree with 5+ years in aerospace.
• Strong background in thermodynamics, engine performance, aerodynamics, heat transfer, statistics, and software design.

Aufgaben

• Provide data review and recommendations for CTS during events, coordinating with ED&L, ASDI, Lube Systems, and CIPTs.
• Create and present technical reviews of Field Events and studies to customers, CTS, SIPT, and leadership.
• Ensure smooth Entry Into Service (EIS) for PW1100G family engines.
• Review data trends against current base population.
• Support development tests driven by field learning and validation activities.
• Address safety and customer needs with urgency while upholding product integrity.
• Support risk assessments, production, aftermarket and field engine performance analyses.
