Qualifications

• 8+ years of mortgage lending, affordable housing, or strategy experience.
• Knowledge of GSE guidelines and Freddie Mac policies.
• Understanding of DTS and AHG requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize lender mix, product mix, and capital markets engagement.
• Monitor acquisition data to adjust strategies and meet DTS targets.
• Collaborate with Seller Engagement, Pricing, and Capital Markets teams.
• Lead and mentor teams within affordable lending space.
• Provide leadership with progress updates to senior management.
• Support regional client relations with Freddie Mac tools and policies.
