Carteret Management Corporation in downtown Jacksonville seeks a Property Manager to oversee operations at a senior affordable housing community. Responsibilities include resident relations, marketing and leasing oversight, maintenance supervision, budget adherence, compliance with LIHTC standards, and leadership of on-site staff, with emphasis

Formación

• Prior experience in property management.
• Experience with seniors is a plus.
• Analytical mind to evaluate challenges and recommend actions.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and RealPage OneSite.

Responsabilidades

• Resident relations: maintain a customer service oriented approach to management.
• Operations: oversee community, marketing & leasing, maintenance supervision, budgeting, and vendor interaction.
• Compliance: ensure strict adherence to programmatic standards for LIHTC.
• Leadership & supervision: hire, train and motivate on-site staff; supervise performance.
• Administrative: utilize RealPage OneSite for reporting, payroll and AP processes.
