Carteret Management Corporation seeks a Property Manager to oversee operations at a senior affordable housing community in downtown Jacksonville. This full-time, salaried role comes with a strong benefits package including ample paid time off and competitive health plans.

The position requires overseeing resident relations, leasing, budgeting, and compliance with LIHTC standards, while leading on-site staff and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, preferably for seniors.
• Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties is a plus.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills are required.
• Proficiency with RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Resident relations: maintain a customer-service oriented approach to management and meet resident needs.
• Operations: oversee community, including marketing/leasing, maintenance supervision, budgeting, vendor interaction.
• Compliance: ensure strict LIHTC program standards are met.
• Leadership: hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; drive productivity and efficiency.
• Administrative: leverage RealPage OneSite for reporting, payroll, and AP processes.
