Job summary

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at an affordable community in Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time position offers a salary with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health care, disability, and a 401K match.

Responsibilities include overseeing resident relations, operations, compliance with LIHTC standards, leading on-site staff, and administering RealPage OneSite reporting and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented.
• Prior property management experience.
• Analytical mind to evaluate challenges.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and RealPage OneSite.
• Ability to work cooperatively with on-site staff, vendors and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: maintain a customer service oriented approach to meet resident and community needs.
• Operations: oversee marketing, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor interaction.
• Compliance: ensure strict LIS/LIHTC standards are maintained.
• Leadership: hire, train and supervise on-site staff; evaluate performance.
• Administrative: maximize RealPage OneSite usage; manage reporting to RPM and corporate team, biweekly payroll and weekly AP.
