Carteret Management Corporation seeks a Property Manager to oversee operations at a senior affordable housing community in downtown Jacksonville. Responsibilities include resident relations, operations oversight, budget adherence, compliance with LIHTC standards, and supervising on-site staff.

Formación

• Prior experience in property management or housing operations.
• Experience with seniors is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite.
• Ability to work cooperatively with on-site staff, vendors, and residents.

Responsabilidades

• Resident relations: maintain a customer-service oriented approach to meet resident and community needs.
• Oversee operations, including marketing, leasing, maintenance supervision, budgeting, and vendor interaction.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC program standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Utilize RealPage OneSite for reporting and payroll processes.
