Jubilee Housing in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable properties, ensuring financial health and strong resident relations. You will lead Community Managers and collaborate with the Finance and Facilities teams to implement compliance and operating plans.

The role requires LIHTC experience, strong accounting skills, and the ability to manage complex budgets while supporting resident services and community programs.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, LRSP, HUD and local housing rules.
• Experience with property-level accounting and audits.
• Capacity to work independently and handle complex schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and supervision across a portfolio of communities.
• Oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and compliance.
• Manage property-level finance including rent posting, AR, AP, and close.
• Prepare monthly reports, variances, and budget reforecasts.
• Coordinate with facilities and resident services to maintain housing stability.
