Job summary

CRMG is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio including HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH and LIHTC. You will drive profitability, occupancy, and resident satisfaction while serving as the primary client contact and leading high-performing teams across properties.

The role requires 3–5 years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience, strong knowledge of landlord/tenant law in OR/WA, and proficiency with Yardi.

Qualifications

• Three to Five years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience in HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH and LIHTC.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation and ability to build relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington including Fair Housing and state/federal labor laws and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented for financial and accounting reports and analytics.
• Willingness to learn new software; Yardi experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio including HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH and LIHTC to drive profitability and occupant satisfaction.
• Serve as primary client contact, offering strategic guidance and support to meet expectations.
• Lead and develop high-performing portfolio management teams across properties.
• Ensure occupancy targets are achieved and reporting/analytics meet client requirements.
