Job summary

BG Staffing is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee two affordable housing communities in the Roxbury/Dorchester area, totaling under 200 units. You will directly mentor three Property Managers and act as a key member of the leadership team to ensure portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and staff development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in affordable housing management, deep knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and related programs, and is proficient

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Experience overseeing affordable housing communities.
• Budgets, financial reporting, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multi-site portfolio.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections, operational reviews, and property audits.
• Lead staff through coaching and development.
