Job summary

IBLV Automated is seeking a senior, hands-on growth leader to own and scale our affiliate and creator-partnership channel. You will build the partner pipeline, recruit and activate high-fit futures trading creators, and move from strategy to execution with minimal guidance.

This is a full-time remote role with a U.S. preference. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to measure customer economics, optimize partner economics, and turn partnerships into a repeatable, revenue-generating engine.

Own and scale IBLV's affiliate and creator-partnership acquisition channel. Build the partner pipeline, recruit and activate high-fit futures trading creators, improve partner economics, and turn partnerships into a measurable recurring-revenue engine.

Full-time Remote (U.S. Preferred) $90,000-$120,000 base + performance bonus

This is a senior, hands-on growth role for someone who knows how to turn partnerships into a repeatable acquisition channel. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, but you are expected to bring informed recommendations, identify opportunities, establish priorities, and move from strategy to execution without waiting for a detailed task list.

Our ideal partners are credible creators and businesses with relevant futures-trading audiences. The goal is not to accumulate affiliate signups. The goal is to identify the right partners, activate them effectively, help them communicate the product naturally, measure the resulting customer economics, and continuously improve the program.

Success in this role means affiliate and creator partnerships become a meaningful, predictable source of qualified customers and recurring revenue for IBLV.
