Job summary

EverAI, a fully remote, fast-growing AI company, is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale the partner program globally.

You will manage affiliates, optimize campaigns, recruit partners, and work with analytics tools like Everflow and Looker Studio to drive ROI. We offer a fully remote environment, competitive compensation, and comprehensive learning budgets.

Qualifications

Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported

• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program

• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI

• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale

• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network

• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates

• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management

• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)

• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems

• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting

• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI

Soft Skills

Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)

• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level

• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing

• Experience with subscription-based business models

• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
