Job summary

Motive Interactive seeks an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to grow our network of direct publishers and performance-driven affiliates. You will identify new traffic partners, manage relationships, and drive CPL/CPA revenue while maintaining lead quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance media
• Experience working directly with publishers, affiliates, and traffic partners
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with data, performance metrics, payout structures, and campaign economics
• Familiar with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers, CAKE, Voluum (or similar)
• Self-motivated and able to manage relationships and revenue independently
• Growth mindset — seek opportunities to expand accounts and increase profitable volume

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage direct affiliates and performance publishers
• Identify and activate new traffic partners with CPL or CPA experience
• Collaborate with publishers to launch and scale lead generation campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics, conversion rates, EPCs, payouts, and quality
• Identify opportunities to increase volume and revenue across existing publisher relationships
• Collaborate with compliance, analytics, and advertiser teams
• Build long-term publisher relationships to drive sustainable revenue
