Aragon Company is a performance marketing agency focused on growth for finance, home services, fintech, and AI-first companies. We are seeking an Affiliate Manager/Senior Affiliate Manager to recruit, develop, and scale affiliate partnerships across our network.

This role is relationship-driven and revenue-owning, reporting to the Network Director and Chief Growth Officer, with collaboration across the account management team.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in affiliate or performance marketing, network side.
• Experience managing affiliates within a network.
• Hands-on recruitment, development, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit direct media buyers and affiliate partners across multiple channels.
• Onboard affiliates quickly and match to offers from advertiser demand.
• Grow revenue by pairing affiliates with new offers and payouts.
• Build durable, consultative relationships with affiliates as their main contact.
• Monitor performance metrics (EPC, CVR) and adjust strategies.
