Job summary

EverAI Limited is expanding its affiliate network to accelerate growth for the world’s leading AI companionship platform. This fully remote, globally oriented role focuses on onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliate partners while driving data-driven optimization across channels.

You will work with Everflow, Looker Studio, and SEMrush to report on performance, recruit partners, and implement optimized funnels that boost conversions and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels.
• Advanced competence with reporting tools (Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush).
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported.
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates and smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generate traffic, conversions and ROI reports.
• Analyze results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns and scale opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for higher conversions.
• Regularly review and improve processes for affiliate communication and management.
