Qualifications

• Five or more years of engineering, program management, or systems integration experience in aerospace/aeronautics.
• Technical background in systems engineering, V&V, or mechanical engineering.
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-discipline programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with stakeholder engagement and program execution.
• Knowledge of engineering development lifecycles and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site technical representative, aligning customer objectives with engineering execution.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering programs with milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Systems, V&V, Mechanical to drive delivery.
• Manage execution by prioritizing work, tracking deliverables, and resolving schedule conflicts.
• Provide regular program status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Establish dashboards, schedules, and metrics to monitor program health.
• Foster collaboration to improve processes and cross-organizational communication.
• Support configuration management and adherence to processes throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and applicable standards.
