Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a software engineer to maintain and extend the ASR C++ code base for ground station and drone operations. You will help develop new algorithms and extend our communications protocol while shaping software architecture and engineering processes.

The role requires strong C++ skills, Python backend experience, and front-end web capabilities with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, plus Linux/OO design and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain security clearance.
• Strong development experience with C++.
• Frontend web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Backend: Python; Android: Java or Kotlin.
• Strong OO design and memory management in Linux POSIX environments.
• Experience with Agile software processes and aerospace development.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin).
• Embedded Linux environments including STM32 microcontrollers.
