Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of quality experience in aerospace, defense, or complex electromechanical manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with low-rate/high-mix manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in alignment with AS9100 standard.
• Lead quality operations across production and ensure inspection processes are effective.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformance issues.
