Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in low-rate/high-mix manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for VBAT manufacturing operations.
• Ensure product conformity, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing quality.
• Own the Material Review Board (MRB) process and disposition of nonconforming material.
