Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in production/manufacturing quality roles.

Responsibilities

• Review customer complaints, analyze returns and recommend corrective action.
• Review data and represent in a graphical format; assist in implementing quality improvement programs.
• Assist in conducting annual plant audits and system surveys.
• Update and augment Quality Assurance procedures and systems.
• Travel to customers and suppliers to address problem areas.
• Ensure manufacturing processes are followed and not bypassed to protect product quality.
