Responsibilities

• Review customer complaints, analyze returns and recommend corrective action.
• Review statistical data and present in graphical format; assist with quality improvement programs.
• Assist in annual plant audits and system surveys.
• Update and augment Quality Assurance procedures and systems.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure procedures are followed and prevent shortcuts.
