Job summary

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance and engineering across production, supplier, and sustaining environments. A aerospace-focused leader, you will drive process capability, PPAP/APQP, and risk reduction while ensuring AS9100 conformity.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations to improve product quality, reduce variation, and achieve first-pass yield targets in a regulated aerospace context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing or related field.
• 7+ years of quality engineering in high-regulated manufacturing environments.
• AS9100 quality management experience and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QE activities across production, supplier and sustaining engineering.
• Develop PFMEAs, Process Flows, Control Plans and Inspection Plans.
• Lead PPAP/APQP implementations for new products and changes.
• Drive FPY, CoPQ, and defect reduction using lean tools.
• Lead MRB activities and RCCA using 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone.
