Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) C-17 Digital Engineering Services is seeking an Experienced Project Engineer in Long Beach, CA. This contract role manages technical, schedule, and cost baselines across the lifecycle, coordinating hardware/software work and data analytics with internal teams and USAF customers.

You will ensure on-time delivery and meet performance targets while maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project, with the contract staffing through a Boeing-approved

Qualifications

9+ years of project management of USG, Aerospace and/or DoD projects.
Experience managing projects through all phases: proposals, development, qualification and customer support.
Knowledgeable in subsystem design, requirement allocation and technical supplier management.
Critical analysis across system, hardware and software architectures.

Responsibilities

Define technical, schedule and financial baselines for projects.
Support full product lifecycle including business capture/award and data analytics services.
Coordinate hardware/software development tasks across internal groups and with customers.
Ensure on-time delivery, meeting technical performance and cost targets.
Maintain customer happiness and success throughout the project life cycle.
