Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Aviation, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a related leadership role.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project planning and scheduling software.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence teams and drive results without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within the new product development and fleet support portfolios from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
• Evaluate customer requests and develop technical and operational solutions.
• Assess feasibility, producibility, reliability, maintainability, costs, risks, and profitability.
• Apply project management best practices to monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and communications.
• Develop and present metrics, KPIs, status reports, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Lead project teams with a servant leadership approach promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Identify resources, staffing, facilities, and funding necessary to achieve goals.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support technical and operational initiatives related to Daher aircraft products and fleet operations.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
