Job summary

Valcor Engineering Corporation, a leader in aerospace fluid control components, seeks an experienced Sr. Program Manager to oversee legacy and new programs from product development to delivery.

The role requires strong engineering understanding, strategic leadership, and exceptional communication across internal teams and customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 8+ years managing complex programs, a BSME or equivalent engineering degree, and preferably an MBA or MS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex programs in aerospace or related industries.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost control experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Lead a team of Program Managers to meet contract requirements and schedules.
• Ensure programs are executed within budgets and approved baselines.
• Prepare and oversee timely contractual submittals and reports.
• Represent Valcor to customers and coordinate cross-functional activities.
