Job summary

Valcor Engineering Corporation seeks a Program Manager to lead multi-year programs in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and contract submittals while maintaining strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of engineering concepts.

The role requires a minimum of five years managing complex programs, with solid financial and communication skills. A BSME is preferred; an MBA or MS and aerospace experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managing complex programs with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques.
• BSME or equivalent engineering degree preferred; advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience advisable.
• US persons criteria required.
• Salary note: range determined by market pay structure and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Financial Controls – assure programs stay within specific program budgets.
• Schedule Controls – ensure on-time contract performance with proper resources.
• Contractual Submittals – timely production of documents and reports per contract requirements.
• Customer Relations – develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers; be the face of Valcor to customers.
• Understand business, accounting procedures, QA practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
• Thorough understanding of engineering concepts required.
