Job summary

Entegee is seeking a senior program manager in Florida to oversee aerospace programs, with a strong emphasis on military aviation and C-130 experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years in related program management, plus deep FAA and DoD airworthiness compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years related program management experience.
• Experience in aerospace industry, with aircraft/aviation programs, especially military aviation and the C-130.
• Expertise in FAA and DoD regulatory compliance, namely airworthiness compliance.
• Must be skilled in management, quality assurance, program development.
• Background with prototyping and aviation/aerospace engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight of all program activities.
• Manages substantial military & civil design, development, integration, test, and documentation operations for multiple tasks.
• Performs monthly program reviews and financial analysis utilizing standardized reporting tools (e.g.: EVM, PSR, Burn Charts).
• Supervises and directs employees, ensuring that work meets the contractual and established productivity targets.
• Administers operating budgets and monitors results to assure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Develops and implements corrective action plans when required.
• Performs continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, quality, and costs.
