You will drive planning, budgeting, and resource allocation while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with defense standards. The role emphasizes delivery excellence and strategic impact within a national security context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in aerospace/defense
• Knowledge of defense munition program requirements, compliance and regulatory standards
• Ability to develop and manage complex program plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies in aerospace projects
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies in defense/aerospace industries

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage defense munition programs aligning with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and implement program plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution and resolve issues.
• Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with defense standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership to program teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate with CBTs and GBE to support application programs in terms of performance, schedule, and cost.
