Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional project engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
• Strong communication skills to present to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contract terms and conditions for assigned program.
• Earned Value and variance reporting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and FAA/EASA regulations.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program schedules to meet timelines.
• Develop and manage program budgets and resource usage.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for programs.
• Serve as primary customer contact and ensure all requirements are met.
• Monitor expenses and financial performance of the program.
• Provide timely program status reports throughout the life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with customer reporting requirements.
