Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, program management, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs through multiple phases of the product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple aerospace and defense programs from contract award through end-item delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and single point of accountability for all program-related activities.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Owns program financial performance, including budgets, labor and material forecasts, Estimates at Completion, Estimates to Complete, variance analysis, margin performance, and recovery plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to achieve program objectives.
• Prepare and present program status, financial performance, risks, and recovery plans to customers and senior leadership.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, fact-finding, negotiations, and development of new and follow-on business opportunities.
• Coordinate and lead customer visits, program reviews, executive briefings, and internal management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and execution.
• Mentor Program Managers and Associate Program Managers while fostering accountability, collaboration, and integrity.
