Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, program management, or related technical discipline.
• Experience managing programs through multiple product lifecycle phases (development, integration, test, production, delivery).
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple aerospace and defense programs from contract award through end‑item delivery.
• Serve as primary customer interface and single point of accountability for program activities.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Own program financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and margins.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Prepare and present program status, financials, risks, and recovery plans to customers and leadership.
• Support business development activities including proposal preparation and negotiations.
• Coordinate customer visits, program reviews, and executive briefings.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes.
