Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Product Procurement Specialist to manage complex procurement activities, RFPs, negotiations, and cost analyses across our supply chain while ensuring supplier performance and on-time delivery. This remote role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on cost competitiveness and operational excellence.

The position is remote with the candidate based in Puerto Rico; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years in procurement.
• English and Spanish communication skills required.
• U.S. Person or eligible for export controls.
• Experience with SAP and procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes including RFPs, negotiations, and cost analyses.
• Support purchasing of goods, materials, services with best interest.
• Prepare purchase orders and support payment approvals.
• Analyze supplier quotations and pricing data.
• Prepare RFPs and bid packages for new opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain procurement records and support reporting.
