Qualifications

• Must have university degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years relevant experience, or 3+ years with advanced degree; alternative 9 years experience if no degree.
• Proven ability to communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. Person or eligible for export authorizations as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement processes, standards, and plans including RFPs, negotiations and cost analysis.
• Support purchasing for goods, materials, supplies, and services to protect organizational interests.
