Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Technician at our Glendale, AZ on-site facility. You will support and optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment, and work with engineering and production teams to implement improvements.

In this role you will maintain safety and quality standards, document processes, and mentor junior technicians to build team capability. A manufacturing/ mechanical engineering background and aerospace experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or high-precision environments.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.
