Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to perform journeyman-level mechanical repairs, maintenance and overhaul of facilities and manufacturing equipment. The role also includes designing and fabricating tooling as needed.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in repair of industrial equipment, a high school diploma, and the ability to work at heights. This is an onsite, full-time position with a Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in repair of industrial and manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of journeyman level mechanics, engineering principles, machinist math, design drawing, metallurgy, and welding.
• Skills in mechanical design and fabrication, machine repair and rebuilding, and machining tools operation; ability to work with diverse teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyman level mechanical repairs, design, modifications and improvements to manufacturing equipment and facilities infrastructure.
• Operate and support test-related systems and environments.
• Install and align equipment, pipe, tubing, and tooling; repair rotating and reciprocating machinery.
• Collaborate with facilities and manufacturing teams to design and apply new tools or modify existing ones.
• Provide routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
