Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company in Camarillo, CA, seeks an Aerospace Design Engineer (Design Engineering Product Specialist) to lead technical work on new technology, NPD, and sustaining engineering for military/commercial electrical wiring components.

You will report to upper management and advise customers, suppliers, and industry groups; relocation assistance is available. This is a full-time role in the Engineering – Engineering Design division in Camarillo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in product engineering for interconnect development, analysis, and testing.
• Leadership experience delegating tasks and coaching junior engineers.
• Proficiency in failure investigation methodologies (8D, RedX).
• CAD/3D modeling aligned with ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Materials science expertise covering metals, polymers, and composites.
• PDM/PLM system proficiency for document management.
