Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking an Aerospace Design Engineer (Design Engineering Product Specialist) in Camarillo, CA. This full-time role focuses on military/commercial electrical wiring system components such as connectors, backshells, conduit assemblies, and cable assemblies.

Reports to upper management, advises customers and suppliers, and contributes to R&D, new product development, and sustaining engineering efforts. Salary is $160,000–$190,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1) 5+ years in product engineering for interconnect development, analysis, and testing.
• 2) Leadership experience delegating tasks and coaching junior engineers.
• 3) Proficiency in failure investigation methodologies (8D, RedX).
• 4) CAD/3D modeling skills aligned with ASME Y14.5 standards.
• 5) Materials science expertise covering metals, polymers, and composites.
• 6) PDM/PLM system proficiency for document management.
