Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Sr. Inspector to perform final visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of aerospace lubrication and scavenge pumps. The role ensures conformity to approved data, customer requirements, Parker quality standards, and FAA Part 145 requirements.

The candidate will inspect repaired or overhauled articles, review related documentation, and verify traceability. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of GD&T and measurement tools are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aerospace inspection, MRO inspection, mechanical inspection, or related quality role.
• Familiarity with FAA Part 145 or regulated environments.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals, drawings, blueprints and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of repaired, overhauled, assembled, and tested aerospace articles and components.
• Verify conformance to manuals, drawings, service bulletins, work instructions and data.
• Inspect parts for workmanship, wear, damage, corrosion, contamination, configuration, and fit.
• Review test results, inspection records, routers, travelers, and repair documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate, legible inspection records and communicate nonconformances.
