Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks a Harness Technician Sr for the first shift to build and terminate wiring harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems on-site. Translate designs into high-quality harness assemblies supporting integration and testing.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, mentoring new hires, and collaborating with team leads to ensure smooth production. Union environment with standard shift expectations and security clearances in scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a technician in aerospace or equivalent high-reliability field.
• Experience using hand tools, repairing and troubleshooting electronic components.
• Ability to read schematics, harness wiring diagrams, layout drawings, mechanical drawings, circuit layouts, and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems.
• Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality.
• For Racks, Boxes.
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to co-workers.
• Work and take direction from team leader for project completion.
• Confer with supervisors regarding any anticipated production problems.
• Cross-train/mentor new hires.
• Other duties as assigned.
