Axius Group in Wichita, KS seeks an experienced Aerospace Estimator to lead cost modeling, quoting and pricing for complex machined and formed components. You will review drawings, BOMs, and specifications to develop detailed estimates and support proposals across aerospace programs.

• Significant estimating, costing, pricing experience in aerospace or defense environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong knowledge of labor, overhead, material costs and cost drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the estimating and quotation process from RFQ to final proposal submission.
• Develop detailed estimates for machined, sheet metal, formed, fabricated, and aerospace components.
• Determine cost elements including labor hours, materials, tooling, and overhead.
• Recommend pricing based on costs, market conditions, and profitability; support negotiations.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing to identify cost-reduction opportunities and improvements.
